This seems too good to be true. Have you done this before?

Yup!! In both the Twin Oaks and Colorado Lake Manufactured Home Parks right here in Corvallis. Check out how we were able to help fellow manufactured home residents. (Different rebates and incentives were available at that time – but same idea: easy, low-to-no cost ductless heat pump installations!)

Can you help me figure out my options?

Absolutely. Brian will come consult with you and design your system to fit your needs. Contact us to schedule a free site visit.

But, do I have to do a lot of paperwork? I hate paperwork!

Nope! We’ve got you. We give you the instant incentives up front (you never have to pay us – unless you upgrade beyond $5,500). We will send you forms from both ETO and ODOE for you to sign which approve participation and assign the reimbursement to us. We assume all the risk – you get all the benefits!

I have working ducting. Can I get a ducted heat pump instead?

In some homes, yes. If your home is newer than 1985 and meets the eligibility requirements, a ducted heat pump may be an option too, with up to $6,000 in rebates available for qualifying systems.

I need other home efficiency/weatherization services. Can I get a NO COST home energy assessment?

Yes. We can connect you with Seeds for the Sol for a free home energy assessment to help you improve whole-home efficiency alongside your heat pump upgrade. Or, you can sign up for a No Cost Home Energy Assessment online yourself!
