Gretchen Houchin
Owner | Operations & Administration
Gretchen is Peak’s majority owner and keeps much of the business moving behind the scenes. She handles operations, project coordination, rebates and incentive programs, and much of Peak’s administrative work. When time allows, you may also find Gretchen lending a hand with heat pump installations.
Brian Houchin
HVAC Lead & Owner
Brian leads Peak’s HVAC work and is our supervising electrician. He meets with homeowners for site visits, designs solutions for their homes, oversees installations, and works hands-on in the field. Brian brings the technical expertise that helps ensure every project is completed with safety, quality, and long-term performance in mind.
Cory Hanks
Electrician
Cory handles the electrical work he can be assigned to, including service calls, troubleshooting, panel changes, EV chargers, and other residential electrical projects. For Peak’s HVAC projects, Cory handles the electrical work needed to safely connect the system.
The Houchin Kids
Family Installation & Service Support
Brian and Gretchen’s kids have grown up alongside Peak and are an important part of our family-business story. They lend a hand with installations, cleaning and maintenance, and diagnostics when needed—learning firsthand the value of hard work, taking care of our customers, and serving our community.
Candice Lapad
Scheduling | Social Media | Peak Comfort Club
Candice helps keep Peak customers connected and informed. She coordinates HVAC site visits and electrical scheduling, manages Peak’s social media, and coordinates Peak Comfort Club—helping customers stay connected with Peak before, during, and after their projects.
